To transfer an establishment to a different user, please contact the admin team who will be more than happy to assist.

Ideally, it will be user who currently owns the listing that will need to make contact with the admin team. If this is not possible, then a new user may do this on behalf of the original owner. Verification will be required that the new listing owner is associated with the establishment in question. The easiest way to perform this verification is to use the establishments official domain name for the contact email.

If you no longer require your account, you may delete it.

Please note, this process will remove any establishments you have listed that have not been transferred to a new user.

At the bottom of the website, you will see the menu:

Click on Account/Logout. You will be presented with:

In the left hand column, you will see:

Click on it, you will get:

Enter your password, and delete the account.

Your account has been deleted, we are sorry to see you go.

You will get an email to confirm your account has been removed. All your personal information has been removed with it, along with any establishments you listed that have not been transferred to a new user.

GDPR

GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU, this is also covered by the Data Protection Act 2018 in the UK.

HappyApp.pub will ask if you consent to using cookies to comply with GDPR, you can update these settings at any point.

From any page on HappyApp.pub, in the bottom right hand corner you will see “Privacy and Cookie policy”

To turn off the non-necessary cookies, tap or click on the button on the right hand side of the screen. Once done, tap or click on Save and Accept.

CCPA

CCPA is the California Consumer Privacy Act. This allows users to request that information a service holds is not sold. HappyApp.pub does not collect or sell such information to third parties from unregistered users.

HappyApp.pub does use third party analytics and advertising. The providers of these services may collect such information.

Once you have added your bar to the directory, you may need to update it in the future. You can only edit bars that you have created.

If you had a member of staff who created the account and you need this transferred to a new colleague, please let us know and we will transfer the listing to the new colleague. It is recommended that you have a blanket bar account in the manager/owners rather than individuals. The password should be updated regularly in the event of a disgruntled employer or ex-employer access your account.

To get your bar/establishment onto HappyApp.pub you will need to register.

Your account will need to be verified. All action that is done by logged-in users is monitored, hence if any changes are made that are not in relation to the establishment you represent, your account may be revoked.
